The R M William Turnout boots, like all subsequent styles of elastic sided riding boots in Australia, owe their origins to the English Jodhpur Boot, which in style and use has an extremely long and distinguished history. Accordingly the Turnout Jodhpur Boot was born and released in the latter part of the decade of the fifties. Always in demand, it became in the recent times, one of the Company's consistently best selling dress boots.
As with all R M Williams the upper is made from a single piece of leather allowing the boot to mould to the shape of your foot, which is what makes R M Williams so comfortable. The tough elastic gusset allows for easy entry into the boot but also supports and provides the ankle with comfort. The sewn welt sole is leather with a full rubber heel tip to assist and ease wear.
